The goal of this meeting is to follow the fabulous scientifical path opened by Daniel Bennequin through the Science and its countless ramifications. Starting from contact geometry, where Daniel obtained seminal results in his thesis under the direction of Alain Chenciner, he leads us through the four dimensional geometry (instantons) to bring then us to the doors of Physics, to the statistical Mechanics and the quantum field theory and in the domain of Neurosciences. This Conference will hence be the opportunity for mathematicians, physicists and biologists to meet together and to open a discussion at the contact areas of their respective subjects.
